Replyloop is operated by Jaxson Greenshields (sole trader), 14 Caithness Row, Lanark, ML11 9DG, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@getreplyloop.co.uk. Last updated 21 June 2026. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.
This website uses no cookies and no tracking. We run no analytics, advertising, social, or third-party scripts, and the page loads nothing from external servers. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required under PECR. If we ever add analytics, we will use a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool and update this notice first.
It covers (a) businesses we contact about Replyloop ("prospects"), and (b) people who become customers.
Prospects: business name, a business contact email, publicly visible Google review text for the business, and (where public) a director's first name. Purpose: business-to-business marketing of Replyloop. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); we have completed a Legitimate Interests Assessment, and for limited companies the PECR consent rule for marketing email does not apply. We market only to limited companies.
Customers: name, email, billing details, and service usage. Lawful basis: contract (to provide the service) and legitimate interests (to run and support it). Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
Prospect data comes from the business's own public website (the contact email) and the public Companies House register (company status and director name). We do not buy data from third-party brokers.
We use a small number of trusted providers ("processors") only to run the service:
We never sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Some providers (e.g. Stripe, Cloudflare) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses.
Prospect data: deleted within 6 months of our last contact, or immediately if you opt out. Customer data: kept for the life of the account and then as required for tax/legal records (normally 6 years).
Under UK GDPR you can: access your data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to processing; and request portability. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing — if you do, we will stop immediately. To exercise any right, use our unsubscribe page or email hello@getreplyloop.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) — though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
